About Me

• I’m a grad student in my mid-twenties. I’m going to school in the Midwest, but I also have strong ties to the South.
• I am a conservative, evangelical Christian, but a bit of a misfit. I grew up in the Assemblies of God, but have interacted with significantly with the Reformed tradition in recent years.
• My academic interests are in the neighborhood of philosophy… philosophy of science, epistemology, evolutionary biology.
• Some of my loves: the St. Louis Cardinals, anything baseball, the Delta Blues, Humphrey Bogart, Edmund Spenser, The Avett Brothers, Pembroke pipe tobacco, etymologies, Nashville, Tolkien, Stanley Kubrick, folk musics.
